Project Description:
Provide in-person workshops for employees to build their resiliency throughout their careers with support from in-house psychiatry. This two-part workshop series includes Building Blocks to Resilience and Managing Stress through Resiliency.

Program Objectives:
Describe Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.
- Summarize the five stages of needs.
- Apply the practices for physical, mental, social and cognitive health.
Develop a resilient mindset incorporating hardiness, flexibility and adaptability both personally and professionally.
- Build a practice of preventative mindfulness and self-awareness.
Create actionable goals to build your resiliency.
- Identify areas of wellness which require attention and further development.
Devise strategies to learn from adversity and overcome difficulties.
- Define stress and stressors

Participant Workbook
Developed multiple PowerPoint presentations for delivering to different staff groups. Over 2000 internal CPS staff trained using these materials.
Developed 22-page participant workbook with self-reflective questions and activities as they worked through the course. Included in the design were custom graphics and infographics.
